DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – In this age of the backyard garage in weekly racing almost becoming extinct, Charlie Rose is proving that you can still be successful and do it yourself.
For the first time since 2005, Massachusetts’ Seekonk Speedway returned to the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series for 2015 with Rose and two of his fellow competitors – Robert Pelland and Dylan Estrella – engaged in a tight battle for the track’s late model championship. Pelland leads overall with Rose in third, just 11 points out of the lead.
