By Jason Cunningham, NASCAR
TROIS-RIVIERES, Que. – Andrew Ranger is so comfortable at Circuit de Trois-Rivieres, he only chose to participate in one practice Saturday. He had proved enough.
Ranger, from Roxton Pond, Quebec, posted a fast lap of 67:907 seconds (81.111 mph) around the 1.53-mile street course in Saturday’s first session of the day. A four-time winner in the famed Grand Prix de Trois-Rivieres, Ranger did not grid for the day’s final practice.
