Quebec Oval Opens NASCAR Schedule Saturday
By Jason Cunningham, NASCAR
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The long offseason is over and Quebec short-track racers are more than ready to get back behind the wheel as Autodrome St-Eustache will launch its 2015 NASCAR Whelen All-American Series schedule this Saturday.
Following his first NASCAR track championship at St-Eustache a year ago, Jean-Francois Bouvrette is set to defend his crown in the Lucas Oil Sportsman division. Bouvrette, from nearby Mirabel, Quebec, posted a win and nine top 10s in 10 starts in 2014, which also resulted in the Whelen All-American Series Quebec province championship.
