Phoenix, Ariz. – HScott Motorsports with Justin Marks is continuing their success at Phoenix International Raceway.
After teammate William Byron led the way in practice, NASCAR K&N Pro Series East rookie JJ Haley drove his No. 05 Braun Auto Chevrolet to the top of the charts Thursday afternoon with a time of 27.065 seconds (132.553 mph) to earn his first 21 Means 21 pole award.
